The Revd Maureen Simons is officially the Vicar-General of the Diocese until the election of a new Bishop.  In the words of the Archbishop,

I write to inform you that after much thought and prayer, and after meeting with the Revd Maureen Simons, we have agreed that she will be the Vicar-General of the Diocese of Christ the King from the 17 July 2016 until the Bishop of Christ the King is elected and consecrated.
